Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 3INA colors, but if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your 3INA account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused makeup items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
